Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your PALSTYLE48 purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

Items must meet the following conditions:

  • ✅ Unworn and unwashed
  • ✅ Original tags attached
  • ✅ In original packaging
  • ✅ No signs of use, wear, or alterations
  • ✅ Returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • ❌ Underwear and intimate apparel
  • ❌ Earrings and pierced jewelry
  • ❌ Digital Products (downloadable art prints)
  • ❌ Final Sale Items (marked as such on product page)
  • ❌ Custom or Personalized Items

How to Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at returns@palstyle48.com with your order number
  2. Get Authorization: We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions
  3. Pack Securely: Place items in original packaging with RA number visible
  4. Ship Back: Send to the return address provided (you cover return shipping)
  5. Get Refunded: Once we receive and inspect, refund processed within 5-7 business days
💰 Return Shipping Cost Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We'll make it easy:

  • Email us at exchanges@palstyle48.com
  • We'll arrange the exchange and ship the new item immediately
  • Free exchange shipping on our error or defective items

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email. If approved:

  • Refund processed within 5-7 business days
  • Credited to your original payment method
  • Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days
⚠️ Partial Refunds Partial refunds may be granted for items returned with missing tags, signs of wear, or damaged packaging.

🛡️ Damaged or Defective Items

We inspect every order before shipping, but if your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us immediately at support@palstyle48.com
  2. Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
  3. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you
  4. Or issue a full refund if you prefer

You won't pay for return shipping on damaged or defective items. We'll provide a prepaid return label.

🌍 International Shipping Notes

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping costs.

Customs Delays

Delivery times don't include customs clearance, which can add 2-7 days depending on your country. We have no control over customs processing times.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse a shipment or fail to pay customs fees, the package will be returned to us. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
