Shipping Information

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

  • Express Shipping (Turkey): 1-2 business days
  • International Standard: 7-15 business days (depending on destination)
  • International Express: 3-7 business days (depending on destination)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over [Amount] TRY within Turkey.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your PalStyle48 purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items damaged due to misuse or wear
  • Items without original tags or packaging

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll send you return instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Pack items securely with all original materials
  5. Ship the package to our return address (provided in instructions)

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Wrong Items: We cover return shipping costs
  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Exchanges: We cover shipping for the replacement item

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we're happy to exchange your item! Follow the return process above and indicate you'd like an exchange. We'll ship your replacement item once we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We're not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. However, we'll work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.
