We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, information, or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

3.2 Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Turkish Lira (TRY) unless otherwise stated
  • Prices include VAT (Value Added Tax) as required by Turkish law
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors
  • Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed at checkout

3.3 Pricing Errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product
  • Contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation
  • Offer you the opportunity to purchase the product at the correct price

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

4.1 Order Placement

Your order is an offer to purchase products from PalStyle48. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Product availability
  • Errors in pricing or product information
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Inability to verify payment information
  • Restrictions on quantities available for purchase

4.2 Order Confirmation

Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we ship your order and send you a shipping confirmation email.

4.3 Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us immediately at info@palstyle48.com or WhatsApp +90 552 184 89 42. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PALSTYLE48 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) IN QUESTION OR 100 TRY, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

13.1 Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, including:

  • Turkish Code of Obligations (Law No. 6098)
  • Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 6502)
  • Regulation on Distance Contracts
  • Law on Protection of Personal Data (Law No. 6698)

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in accordance with Turkish law. For consumer disputes, you may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts as specified in our Distance Sale Contract.

13.3 Jurisdiction

The courts of Istanbul, Turkey shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, except where consumer protection laws grant you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with Turkish Law No. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). By using the Site, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to Terms
