DELIVERY CONDITIONS

1. Order Processing

Orders placed on PalStyle48 are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

2. Delivery Timeframes

International Standard 7-15 business days
International Express 3-7 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and weight
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over [Amount] TRY within Turkey
  • International shipping rates vary by country and are displayed before payment

4. International Deliveries

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient
  • These charges are NOT included in the product or shipping price
  • Customs processing may cause delivery delays beyond our control
  • Refusal to pay customs fees may result in package return and no refund

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. PalStyle48 is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Address changes after order placement may not be possible.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to recipient unavailability, the carrier will leave a notice. Packages unclaimed after the carrier's holding period will be returned to us, and you may be charged return shipping fees.

RETURN CONDITIONS

7. Right of Withdrawal (Distance Selling Law)

In accordance with Turkish Distance Selling Regulations and Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without providing any reason.

8. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, products must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • ✓ Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • ✓ Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • ✓ All original tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • ✓ Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • ✓ Free from odors, stains, or damage

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items CANNOT be returned:

  • ✗ Custom-made or personalized products
  • ✗ Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance
  • ✗ Products with removed or damaged tags
  • ✗ Worn, washed, or altered items
  • ✗ Products damaged due to customer misuse

10. How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact us within 30 days via email (returns@palstyle48.com) or WhatsApp
Step 2: Provide your order number, item(s) to return, and reason
Step 3: Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
Step 4: Pack items securely in original packaging
Step 5: Ship to the provided return address with tracking
Step 6: Receive refund confirmation once return is processed

11. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Items: We pay return shipping and send a prepaid label
  • Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping costs
  • Exchanges: We cover shipping for replacement items

12. Refund Processing

  • Returns are inspected within 2-3 business days of receipt
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Bank processing may take an additional 5-10 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)

13. Exchanges

We gladly exchange items for different sizes or colors subject to availability. Follow the return process and indicate "Exchange" in your request. Replacement items ship once we receive your return.

14. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Provide photos of the defect or damage
  • We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund
  • No return shipping cost for you

15. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately. We'll arrange free return shipping and send the correct item or issue a full refund including original shipping costs.
